General information on returns
At Glaventora, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Should an item not meet your expectations, we offer you the option of returning it within 14 days of receipt. The condition is that the product is unused and in its original packaging.
Return process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at team@glaventora.com with your order number and the reason for the return. You will then receive all the necessary information on how to proceed. Unfortunately, we cannot process unannounced returns.
Return costs
The buyer bears the direct costs of the return shipment, unless the delivered product is defective or the wrong item was shipped. In this case, we will, of course, cover the return shipping costs.
Refund conditions
After receipt and inspection of the returned goods, the purchase price will be refunded within 14 business days to the payment method used for the order. For items that are damaged, used, or not in their original packaging, we reserve the right to refuse a refund or to claim compensation.
Exceptions to the right of return
Personalized products and items that were delivered sealed for hygiene reasons and subsequently unsealed are excluded from the right of return. Digital products or downloadable content are also excluded from returns.
