Delivery areas
Glaventora currently ships within Germany and to selected countries in the European Union. Delivery to other countries is available upon request. Please contact our customer service at team@glaventora.com .
Shipping time
Unless otherwise stated, delivery times within Germany are 3 to 7 business days. For deliveries to other European countries, shipping times may vary depending on the destination country. Orders containing multiple products may, in some cases, result in partial deliveries.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs depend on the country of destination and the total weight of the order. The exact shipping costs are displayed during the order process before completing your order. For orders above a certain value, shipping within Germany is free. Information about this can be found on the respective product page or in the shopping cart.
Shipping service provider
Shipping is handled by reliable partners such as DHL, DPD, or Hermes. The choice of shipping provider depends on the delivery destination, package size, and other logistical factors. Delivery to Packstations within Germany is generally possible.
Shipment tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with the corresponding tracking number. This allows you to view and track the current status of your delivery online at any time.
Special features for international deliveries
For deliveries to non-EU countries, additional customs duties, taxes, and fees may apply, which are to be borne by the recipient. These costs are not included in the total price and must be paid directly to the relevant customs office.
